2.4. Talabaning huquqlari:
2.4.1. O'zbekiston Respublikasi davlat standartlari, SMRI talablariga
javob beradigan bilimlarni olish.
2.4.2. Ushbu shartnoma bo'yicha o'qish uchun to'lovni amalga
oshirishda qo'shimcha kelishuv rasmiylashtirish orqali homiylarni
jalb qilish.
2.4.3. TSMRI hayotiy faoliyatining eng muhim masalalarini
muhokama qilishda ishtirok etish, o'quv jarayonining boshqa
ishtirokchilarning qadr-qimmatini kamsitmagan holda o'z fikrlarini
erkin va ochiq ifoda etish.
2.4.4. Fanlarni o'zlashtirishda turli hil qiyinchiliklar yuzaga kelganida
TSMRI o'qituvchilari va xodimlari tomonidan yordam olish.
2.4.5. TSMRIning barcha imkoniyatlaridan kelib chiqib, bilim va
ko'nikmalarini oshirishida TSMRI tomonidan ko'mak olish,
shuningdek o'qishdan bo'sh vaqtida sport bilan shug'ullanish va
ijtimoiy hayotda ishtirok etish.
2.4.6. O'qishdan bo'sh vaqtida o'quv resurs markazi, sport va
sog'lomlashtirish majmuasidan foydalanish.
2.4.7. TSMRI tibbiy bo'limida birinchi tibbiy yordam olish.
2.4.8. Quyidagi hollarda TSMRI va SMRI ruxsati bilan 1 (bir)
yilgacha bo'lgan muddatga akademik ta'til olish:
а) Davlat sog'liqni saqlash tizimiga kiruvchi tibbiyot muassasalari
shifokorlari tomonidan berilgan hujjatlar bilan tasdiqlangan
salomatligining sezilarli darajada yomonlashganida;
b) Bolani parvarishlash bo'yicha ta'tilga bog'liq holda;
d) Yaqin qarindoshini yo'qotganida. Bu holda akademik ta'tilni taqdim
etish har bir alohida holatda TSMRI rahbariyati tomonidan barcha
muhim shartlar asosida belgilanadi;
2.3.7. To provide the original document certifying graduation from
the relevant secondary general/secondary special educational
institution prior to the issuance of the MDIST Rector’s enrollment
order (hereinafter the Enrollment Order).
2.3.8. To study in accordance with the standards required of students
in institutions of higher education under the laws of the Republic of
Uzbekistan and in accordance with the requirements of the MDIS.
2.3.9. To comply with the requirements specified in the Student
Handbook, other internal regulations of MDIST (Student Handbook,
Protocols, Orders, etc.), as well as the terms of this contract.
2.3.10. To treat with care the property of the MDIST.
2.3.11. To comply with the rules of pass control and fire safety
arrangements, including the requirements of MDIST to restrict access
to the territory in inappropriate clothing.
2.3.12. To notify MDIST through the Central Registration Department
(hereinafter “CR”) of any changes in his/her passport information,
address and contact phone number within five days of the change.
2.3.13. In case of failure during studies to pay for additional services
specified in clauses 7.2 and 7.3 according to the rates of MDIST.
2.3.14. If the Student receives additional services not covered by this
contract and/or violates the rules of use of the MDIST Learning
Resource Center, to pay for the service and/or fine according to the
MDIST rates.
2.3.15. During the academic period, to stay within the Republic of
Uzbekistan and not to leave its borders without the written permission
of the administration of MDIST.
2.3.16. To regularly monitor of his/her academic status, attendance
rates, and fulfillment of his/her financial obligations to MDIST.
2.3.17. Once the CR has issued the partner university’s program
selection form for subsequent courses, to fill it in and, upon successful
completion of the first year, to register it with the partner university.
2.3.18. To present to MDIST the original passport and Student ID
card during the exams.
2.3.19. To fulfill other conditions and obligations stipulated hereby,
internal regulations of MDIST (Student Handbook, Protocols, Orders,
etc.), as well as by additional agreement of the Parties.
2.3.20. To conclude a contract for the next academic year by
October 1, 2023, according to the academic status obtained by the
results of the main examinations of the current academic year.
