  • I am currently studying at Turan International University. The university has all facilities for students. I am proud of our university.

  • My house is located in a small town called Navbahor. My house is cozy. The size of my house consists of twelve square meters and eight rooms.

My hobby

  • My hobby is doing crafts in my spare time.

  • my dream is to become an expert in my profession in the future and to go on Umrah together with my parents.

Healthiy Eating

  • There are more than eight billion people living in the world. We should always follow the rules of eating right. If we all follow the rules of eating right, our lives will be long.

A week (Persian-Tajik) is a unit of time measurement. It consists of seven days (Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday). H. has existed since ancient times in almost all nations. Seven days were originally used in the East, and were used in Rome from the 1st century AD. In ancient times, the number 7 was considered an unnatural "holy" number in the eyes of the peoples.

The color of fruits and vegetables can mean many things. For example, green vegetables contain more chlorophyll and folic acid, blue apples are richer in iron and vitamins than red apples, and red vegetables and fruits contain more beta-carotene. The bright color of fruits and vegetables not only makes them taste good, but also tells about the beneficial phytonutrients that fight various diseases. Most people do not consume enough phytonutrients. This "color deficiency" increases the risk of heart disease, osteoporosis, cancer, diabetes and other diseases.
