Activity 1 Listen and repeat.
Objective: to warm up and introduce new words: days of the week
STEP 1: Ask the pupils to listen to the song and say what the song is about. If they don’t guess say that the song is about the days of the week.
STEP 2: Play the DVD again and ask the pupils to sing together with the DVD. Don’t worry if your pupils cannot remember the song at once. Say that they will listen and sing the song for the next three lessons of the unit and will remember it well.
