Leadership skills

Leadership skills help encourage and organize others to reach a shared goal. Whether Managers, a project leader or a team member, these skills allow motivating others. Leadership is not just one skill but also a combination of several different skills. It can help us in all phases of our career, from applying to jobs to seeking career advancement. As one of the key soft skills employer’s value, leadership often incorporates several other personality traits and communication abilities that anyone can learn and practice. Understanding leadership skills and how to develop them can be beneficial to people’s career. It helped me in discussing such practices with others, but I thought that leadership was not for me, but of course, if I try hard, I learned that it is possible. Of course, communication skills have an effect and support on leadership skills.


Social psychologists have a long history of interest in understanding the factors that group members consider when evaluating the leaders of organized groups (Cartwright & Zander, 1953; Gibb, 1954, 1969). This concern has been motivated by an intrinsic interest in the basis of people's satisfaction in group settings and by an instrumental concern with the effective functioning of groups. The latter concern has motivated the study of leadership evaluation because of the belief that the endorsement of group leaders by group members enhances their ability to lead effectively by conferring legitimacy on them (French & Raven, 1959).1 Concern over the factors used in the evaluation of leaders has not been confined to social psychologists. A similar set of concerns is also found in the writings of organizational theorists.

Problem solving

Share Problem-solving is one of the top skills that employers believe will grow in importance over the next five years (and beyond), according to the Future of Jobs report by the World Economic Forum.


"Research in the past few years points to problem-solving skills as being crucial to business success. Many employers now put these ahead of technical skills," says John Kleeman, founder of the online assessment platform Question mark.
Creativity allows us to examine a problem from multiple perspectives, use outside-the-box thinking, and come up with innovative solutions. By embracing creativity, we open ourselves up to new possibilities and make our problem-solving efforts more effective. Once I have identified a potential solution to a problem, we need to be able to explain it clearly to others. This involves both verbal and written communication, as well as the ability to listen carefully and understand the perspective of others.
My problem-solving skills have improved a lot, probably after these researches, because I am constantly searching and trying to find information accurately, but sometimes I think that if we work in a group, my peers will be much ahead of me.
