3. Problems with design or usability.

Although this website has benefits, it has some disadvantages with usability of its design. Three of them will be looked in the following paragraphs. Additionally, the recommendations also will be given for website.

3.1 First problem

For the websites of any type it is highly advised to have “Contact us” feature (Skyresoft 2017). It is because of several reasons. Yet primary reason is staying in touch of online visitors with the website administration. Indeed, it should be noted that the absence of this feature is major problem. Plus, it is advisable having a forum in that kind of entertainment website. This would allow the visitor leave their opinions and preferences about this website. For this reason, it is highly suggested for administration of “Best music” to have “Contact us” section hopefully in the navigation bar. In this section it also should have contacting address where the users may send their feedbacks about website’s design and its usability. Due to it would create great chance to improve the features of the website according feedbacks to its own users
