АННОТАЦИЯ 
В статье изложены результаты экспериментального применения созданной тканеинженерной конструкции 
из коровьего коллагена с добавлением аллофибробластов для оптимизации регенерации глубоких дефектов мягких 
тканей. Данные объективного исследования локального статуса мягких тканей и общего состояния эксперимен-
тальных животных свидетельствуют о положительном эффекте тканеинженерной конструкции для оптимизации 
заживления глубоких дефектов мягких тканей. Результаты морфологического исследования показали, что было 
определено что тканеинженерная конструкция на основе коллагена и аллофибробластов полностью резорбируется 
в течение 28 дней и не образуют фиброзную капсулу. 
ABSTRACT 
The article presents the results of experimental application of the created tissue-engineered structure from bovine 
collagen with the addition of allofibroblasts to optimize the regeneration of deep soft tissue defects. The data of an objective 
study of the local status of soft tissues and the general condition of experimental animals indicate a positive effect of 
tissue-engineered construction to optimize the healing of deep soft tissue defects. The results of the morphological study 
showed that it was determined that the tissue-engineered construct based on collagen and allofibroblasts was completely 
resorbed within 28 days and did not form a firosa capsule.
