Task 2. Currently, the number of juveniles in certain parts of the world surpasses the quantity of senior citizens significantly. I think the benefits of large number of young adults compared to old-aged people outweighs drawbacks due to several reasons. As for the disadvantages, the first problem is associated with a higher rate of crime that can be mostly committed by juveniles. In fact, the more youth inhabit in the community, the more likely the country is stricken by distinctive criminal actions such as robbery, burglary or violence due to the inappropriate behavior and aggressive manner of this age group that require strict regulations to keep them under control to prevent potential risks. The second drawback is mainly connected with the shortage of employment sectors to make them engaged in a certain job to enable them to supply personal necessities. To clarify, the more youngsters the government have, the more candidates are eager to be employed that results in several conflicts with senior experienced employees that are urged to be retired or dismissed from workplaces to replace with young graduates. However, having outnumbered youngsters has more advantages. Firstly, the state is likely to attain much progress with the help of available better work force the leads to the boost in economy. In fact, the productivity rate can be enhanced as the young have more energy, physical strength and enthusiasm. This age group is highly distinguished by old-aged candidates with their innovative ideas, eagerness to implement new strategies or work out their personal and professional skills despite their lack of experience. Second benefits can be seen in the advancement of technological industry that is mostly created or invented by youngsters. To be more precise, current youth are educated and instructed to be equipped with new innovative technology in each sphere resulting in their superiority to apply these devices in working procedures and majority part of this technology-related progress has been conducted through the creativity of this age group. In conclusion, I believe that even though this large number of younger generation may lead to some problems in the society in terms of increasing rate of crime as well as unemployment among this layer, the benefits of having more youngsters such as better work force and improved technological industry outweigh the drawbacks.
