BSTRACT
In this paper, we consider the frequency dependence of the resistance of PbTe films. Establishing that the
resistance of films containing an excess of lead up to 0.2 wt% decreases with increasing frequency of the
supply voltage, and for samples containing more than 0.2 wt%, an increase in resistance is observed. At

resistance weakly
