• 1) According to the research, medical students were not happy with their level of English language competency since they were not provided enough English language education. A medical discourse community requires an EMP course that will satisfy their academic and professional demands. • 2) Because the students are from various linguistic, geographic, and cultural backgrounds, the requirement for an English course at medical institutions might be crucial for fostering intercultural understanding. • 3) The first year of medical school should be when general and medical English are introduced. The EMP course should be particularly created so that medical students may readily adjust to it. • 4) A requirements analysis procedure should be carried out to investigate additional language demands. It may be carried out on a bigger scale with the participation of ESP experts. • 5) Additional research should be done at various levels of medical education. The preclinical and clinical demands should guide the design and division of the English course. The same is true for the many medical professions, including nursing, operating rooms, medicine, and medical discourse. • 6) To support doctors' ongoing professional growth, English language refresher courses and seminars should be established.
