What is stress?


Stress is pressure, tension. Stress is a state of intense excitement and nervousness in people
The term stress was introduced into science by G. Selye. He called the factors causing stress stressors.
There are 2 types of stress: positive stress and negative stress

Positive stress does not harm human health. Negative stress disturbs human balance and causes anger.
The main symptoms of stress: restlessness, depression, restless sleep, headache, fatigue, despair, crying

Treatment and prevention of stress
Regular exercise is a great help for normal sleep. It is recommended to do them two hours before going to bed, in the open air. Before going to sleep, you can take a hot bath and listen to quiet music. Try to do this every day.
In order for sleep to be normal and healthy, the body needs a hormone called melatonin. It increases after taking B vitamins. The bedroom should not be noisy and bright, these things interfere with a peaceful sleep.
