All advertising is 

subject to receipt of an approved quote. All ads are prepay 

unless otherwise agreed in advance. Cancellation of an 

ad must be received no less than 10 days before print. 

ICA reserve the right to invoice for an ad cancelled after 

this date. In the instance of ad copy not being provided in 

time for print, this shall be deemed as a late cancellation 

and invoiced. Cancellation of a discounted run of ads 

before completion may result in an invoice for reclaimed 

discount. Failure to pay on the terms offered will result in 

court action - all discount, which is discretionary, is then 

forfeited and the full ratecard amount is claimed. Interest 

of 5% per week is added for late payment.
