At our headquarters in Aarhus, we need you as our FOOTWEAR PRODUCT MANAGER in the Footwear department. 

You will be a part of a team of 10 and will report directly to the Global Head of Footwear. As a Footwear Product 

Manager you will be responsible for managing a comprehensive footwear product cycle across performance, fashion 

and children’s ranges. 

 

Essential duties and Responsibilities

 



 

Conduct desk and market research, price-, margin- and sales analysis, consumer insights and competitive analysis  



 

Identify market potential, establish pricing and market strategies & estimate potential sales 



 

Introduce market-, distribution/channel issues 



 

Assist in creating, building and maintaining the line plans & collection overviews 



 

Plan, organize, and coordinate assigned design briefs  



 

Manage resources to execute assigned programs 



 

Create seasonal master planning to bring calendar milestones and deadlines to resolution 



 

Manage personnel and delegate projects within category to meet objectives and timelines 



 

Coordinate programs within the Footwear organization with a wide range of contacts across functions 



 

Work closely with planning department on establishing seasonal production forecasts related to financial targets 

 

Skills and Experience 



 

You have product management experience from a similar job combined with a relevant theoretical background 



 

You have strong analytic and commercial passionate outlook and ‘hands on’ mentality 



 

You are structured, systematic, have a great attention to details and have good planning and coordination skills 



 

You demonstrate ability to showcase efficiency with well-documented analysis and transfer it into insights and facts 



 

You have character and is known for being open, positive, self-motivated and have a good sense of the situation 



 

You are flexible, have great ability to multitask and work independently under pressure of deadlines 



 

You are appreciative of working in a team of passionate shoe experts and you have a deep desire to learn and grow 



 

You are able to relate and understand the hummel “heritage”, product line, image and taste 



 

You are fluent in Danish and English and have excellent strengths within Excel (and possibly Navision)
