We have 120 passionate employees who operate in close cooperation with the hummel growth in team sport, fashion, 

footwear and kids wear. Our biggest market is Northern Europe and we are represented in 35 countries worldwide.  

 

At our Headquarters in Aarhus, we need you as our new Online Communicator, starting as soon as possible. You will 

work from our office in Aarhus as a part of our Online Marketing team represented by four employees. Your closest 

reference will be our Head of Online Rina Hansen. 

Your primary responsibility will be to communicate our brand in writing, through videos and images using all relevant 

online and offline channels. You will be working extensively with social media and therefore need to have proven skills 

in handling social media platforms, and pushing message through relevant marketing channels.   

 

It is crucial that you have passion and profound knowledge concerning team sport e.g. football and handball. This is 

important due to: understanding our end-consumer behavior, engaging and interacting with them and servicing them 

in a good hummel tone - even in challenging conversations. You should be able to link all communication to hummel 

direct sale and wholesale channels, and you need to have an understanding for hummel’s online and offline retailers 

and actively contact them and execute activations with them. 

 

Besides this you need to have good knowledge of various analytics tools and the ability to act upon insights. 

Engaging and coordinating a global team of hummel webmasters is also a part of your work. Furthermore, you have 

the responsibility to arrange bi-annual meetings and hold workshops and educational sessions about hummel online 

communication. 

 

Who are you? 



 

You have a marketing communication background with around 2 years of experience 



 

You have a Cand.comm, Cand.merc(kom), Journalist degree, or similar education 



 

You are open minded and eager to learn and cooperate with our Online Marketing team 



 

You are fluent in English, written as well as spoken, and have good German skills 



 

You have experience with international communication and culture  



 

You know how to work in Microsoft Office and have 



 

You are flexible and have great ability to multitask  

advanced user skills in the Adobe Creative Suite package 



 

You are detail oriented



 

You possess a passionate and idealistic soul and value a positive work environment
