Dear Sir or Madam,

I am writing this letter to inform about a Phone that I ordered recently.
I am one of your regular clients from your online shop. Always I work with your service and I purchased lots of your product, until this day they are working very well unfortunately this my order attract me with this problem.
Last week I bought a new phone from your shop for 300 dollars called “Samsung galaxy a54” when this phone new it was working very well but after 4 days this phone stopped working and I tried to fix but it did not work out.
In addition, the problem with battery when I charging my phone the screen switch on with white color and after 3 second phone switched off again and I want to say that this phone not valuable for its price. Therefore, if you could fix my phone or replace with another one or I would be pleased if you return my money.
