Subject No1. Clinical face and neck anatomy
The skin consists of three layers - epidermis, dermis and superficial fascia. Like the surface of the epidermis,
which looks different on different parts of the body, each of these three layers of skin is different in different areas of the body. The blood supply to the skin is directly provided by subnormal vascular plexus, which, in turn, is connected by vertically located vessels with two deeper plexus: in the subcutaneous fat and in the course of deep fascia. From subdermal plexus begin arteries, which at the base of the papillae layer break down into arterioles, forming a sub-scant (surface) arterial network. From this network, in turn, depart thin short twigs, disintegrating in the papist on capillaries.

Aesthetic facial surgery requires the surgeon to have a clear idea of the final outcome of any
intervention before it is completed. Therefore, pre-operative facial analysis has the same decisive effect
impact on the outcome, such as careful surgical technique and extensive pre-operative training.
Facial surgery requires a deep knowledge of the person. The comprehensive assessment of a patient planning to undergo plastic surgery on the face is also determined by knowledge of the aesthetic ideal and its dependence on age, gender, type of physique, as well as cultural, historical and modern trends in the facial aesthetics. If the goal is to restore the young species, the surgeon is also required to know the age of the face change.
