Task 3. Explain the roles of an EFL teacher in a specific teaching situation. 
Write short answers.
There are variety of roles of EFL teacher like being organizer , observer, 
leader, participant and so on. These roles may help the EFL teacher does his 
work effectively and EFL learners to learn The English language
effectively. When it comes to primary or secondary school learners Teacher 
should give motivation and he/she should encourages the students to learn 
the foreign language . Secondly , teaching only grammar and doing 
exercises can be boring such pupils , in this situation if teacher uses 
interactive activities With new sources like KAHOOTA it cane be also 
really good .
2 . For adults who have their own jobs or experience and above 40 is is more 
goal reaching class for both teacher and students . In the class teacher`s role 
to teach subject seriously and more practical connecting to professions 
which can broaden their horizon .
3 . According to this condition , teachers role is vital . This could be because 
it is one of the most tough situation to work with memory of a goldfish 
students especially in learning languages . Moreover, the teacher should be 
more open-minded and workaholic to work with students. Why not hard-
working , should they be workaholic ? In my 4 years experience if the 
teachers should not be very workaholic and do not love their job they can 
teach students very well . Reading international magazines and newspares 
alos really help to boost their job . This could be because by reading t=such 
sources they can be broaden teachers .
