Dear Gwen,

Further to our conversation on last week, I want to notify you about the steps I have taken in the Mayer’s case. I have submitted two documents which are attached to this e-mail, the completed appearance and an application for pre-hearing assessment of the case. Also I drafted written submission of the case and sent them to tribunal.

Now, I’m waiting answer of tribunal and will notify you as soon as possible I get them. I’m quiet sure that tribunal will decide to handle this case solely on the basis of written submission and results will be on your favor.
