General information about the Company
The company was founded in 1962 on the basis of the Teploelektroproekt Institute in Tashkent. Until 1992, it was the Central Asian branch of the All-Union Scientific Research and Design and Survey Institute “Energosetproekt” (Moscow).
After the proclamation of independence of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Branch was transformed into Joint Stock Company “Sredazenergosetproekt” (JSC “SAESP”), the founders and shareholders of which are all national energy companies of Central Asia: Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan, Tajikistan and Kazakhstan, as well as the joint stock company “Uzbekenergo”.
Currently, the total number of personnel is about 230 people. More than half of them are certified specialists - engineers and technicians with the necessary high qualifications and many years of work experience. The JSC has accumulated unique experience in the design of power systems and power grid facilities in Central Asia.
JSC "SAESP" has a large production and administrative building in the center of Tashkent, equipped with all the necessary equipment, as well as a separate base where laboratories of the research department, workshops and a garage are located.

Joint Stock Company "Sredazenergosetproekt"

is a design and survey institute for objects of the "Energy" industry.
JSC "Sredazenergosetproekt" (abbreviated JSC "SAESP") is an independent company, joint stock company registered in the Republic of Uzbekistan and is a member of the Association with other related companies of the CIS, formerly branches of the All-Union Institute Energosetproekt (JSC InterESP).
JSC "Sredazenergosetproekt" has all permits for design and survey activities for the development of design estimates for high-voltage electrical facilities of all voltages up to 500 kV:
License agreement of the State Architectural Construction of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the right to engage in design, construction, operation of high-risk facilities and potentially hazardous industries;

License issued by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the right to geodetic activity;

License issued by the State Agency for Communications and Informatization for the right to design mobile radiotelephone communication networks and local telecommunication networks;

License issued by the Main Directorate of Fire Safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan for the design of fire automation and alarm systems;

JSC "Sredazenergosetproekt" offers services in the following main areas:
Forecasting and feasibility studies of the development of the "Energy" industry.

Development of schemes for the development of integrated power systems for voltages of 110 kV and above

Development of schemes for the development of regional energy systems (networks 35 kV and above).

Implementation of power distribution schemes for power plants.

Development of external power supply schemes for large energy consumers.

Design of emergency control equipment, stability and reliability of power systems.

Design of relay protection and automation for power lines and substations.

Development of dispatch control, telemechanics and communication systems for power systems. • Research work on mining overhead lines and high-voltage insulation.

Implementation of a complex of design and survey work on power lines and substations with a voltage of 35 kV and above (up to 500 kV), including:

field research and laboratory research;

special electrical calculations;

design at all stages (from feasibility studies to working drawings);

preparation of tender documents; o designer supervision of construction;

consulting and other services.
