As the Dean of the faculty , with the advantage of being aware of him social activeness and enthusiasm, I can assure that Shukurov Jakhongir demonstrated a great effort during the educational period and community work at the university. He is a very energetic and ambitious person with a decent character. He always took an initiative in organizing different projects and events at the university as a team leader.
