A practical month

Practical work has been used in higher educational institutions to aid the learning of science. They have been used to demonstrate or test theories, and also to assess students in their examinations. Therefore, practical work forms a significant part of science curriculum. The word " practice " should be understood to mean learning experiences in which students interact with materials or with secondary sources of data to observe and understand the natural world.

As a student, we also did practical work to improve engagement and knowledge retention , because many students learn more easily by actually doing activities. Our practical work has lasted from the 1st of March to the 28th of March, not including weekends, in The State Museum of History and Culture of The Republic of Karakalpakstan. At first day, we have been introduced with etiquette of museum. Our head of practice Nargiza Bakhtiyarovna has told the instructions of museum that we have to follow and make diary to write our daily work. Furthermore, the exhibitions appeal us with attractive and bright view. The staff members have been in a friendly relationship with us and explained all that we could not understand. They have given durections and extra information to our portfolio. Both "International Womens' Day" and " Navruz ", we celebrate at a museum and it has been held in a high-level. In the end , Aliya Tajieva ( the head of our department ) has given a present to thank for their supports.
