MEMBERSHIP APPLICATION INFORMATION- 2017 Preseason
Applications are available beginning March 6th, 2017 at the Municipal Building
215 Stiger Street, between 9:00 am and 4:30 pm, and online at hackettstown.net
ANY MISREPRESENTATION WILL RESULT IN FORFEITURE OF ALL
POOL RIGHTS AND LOSS OF ALL MONIES INVESTED.
THIS INCLUDES BUT IS NOT LIMITED TO:
1)
Providing a false address and/or falsely claiming residency.
A Hackettstown resident is defined as one who resides in the Municipality
of Hackettstown.
2)
Listing individuals for a Family Membership who do not qualify, by
definition, for that membership.
3)
Disobeying Pool Rules. (see rules in separate posting)
4)
The use of your Membership Badge by any other person. Memberships are
not transferable. Absolutely NO REFUNDS after the pool opens.

A married couple and all unmarried children residing in the
household who have not turned 19 years of age.
INDIVIDUAL
Adult or Child.
SENIOR CITIZEN Anyone attaining the age of 62 prior to 6/1/17
CHILD
3 years of age and under admitted FREE when accompanied
by a paying parent

Badges May Be Picked Up Sat., June 10, 2017, 9:00-11:00 AM At The Pool.
