INTRODUCTION
Much attention is paid to learning foreign languages in our country. The role and importance of fluently knowing foreign languages for our nation and country is considerable, which is peacefully making multilateral relations with other nations of the world and is trying to have its’ consequent place in the world community. The National model of training specialists has been created in Uzbekistan which is based on traditions of our people reflecting the centuries – old history development of Uzbek nation. Distinctive peculiarity of the National program is its purpose of training comprehensively developed personnel, mastering foreign languages and meeting the requirements of international standards of specialists training.
The President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Sh.M.Mirziyoev also mentioned in one of his speech that in order to bring up the youth spiritually and physically strong¹, high quality in the sphere of education should be provided. Consequently, every person in the field of education both teacher and student should do their best to be qualified in their field.
Knowing and realizing the importance of foreign languages, on May 6, 2021 President of the Republic of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev chaired a video conference on measures to improve the system of teaching foreign languages. Uzbekistan's policy of openness, active entry into the world market, expanding international cooperation in all areas increase the need for knowledge of foreign languages.
“It is time to establish a new system of foreign language teaching in our country, which will be a solid foundation for the future. As we set ourselves the goal of building a competitive state, from now on school, high school, college and university graduates must be fluent in at least 2 foreign languages. This strict requirement should become the main criterion of the activity of the head of each educational institution”, - said Shavkat Mirziyoyev.
To this end, the Agency for the Promotion of Foreign Languages ​​will be established under the Cabinet of Ministers. This was done to achieve excellence of teaching and learning foreign languages in educational establishments. This would create a well-educated and modern generation with a good knowledge of foreign languages which would help them in the future.
The topicality of the work is approaches to teaching and learning and utilize them through various methods at the primary and secondary schools, especially using innovation technologies.
