COME USUFRUIRE DELLA MENSA 
DELL’AZIENDA OSPEDALIERA SANT’ANDREA 
Per essere inclusi nella lista degli studenti che possono usufruire della mensa dell’Azienda 
Ospedaliera 
Sant’Andrea tutti gli Studenti Erasmus Incoming presso la nostra Facoltà 
devono completare la seguente procedura: 
1. Come prima cosa hai bisogno del "Codice Fiscale", un codice alfanumerico di 16 
caratteri che è analogo al Social Security Number negli USA, al National Insurance 
Number nel Regno Unito, al codice INSEE in Francia, etc.; il codice serve 
principalmente ad identificare in modo univoco ai fini fiscali tutte le persone che 
risiedono in Italia. Per lo Studente Erasmus il Codice Fiscale è necessario per usufruire 
delle mense di Sapienza Università di Roma oltre che per aprire, per chi lo volesse, un 
conto corrente bancario
. 
 
 Per ottenere il Codice Fiscale devi compilare un modulo presso il nostro Ufficio 
Erasmus, presentando contestualmente la 
tua Carta d’Identità/Passaporto.
2. 
Come seconda cosa dovra recarti presso l’“Ufficio Anagrafe Utenti di 
Laziodisu”. Presso questo ufficio dovrai mostrare il tuo “Codice Fiscale” e la “Scheda 
Studente” che ti è stata rilasciata dal nostro Ufficio Erasmus di Facoltà al momento del 
tuo arrivo. Ricordati di specificare al persona
le dell’“Ufficio Anagrafe Utenti di 
Laziodisu” che il tuo nominativo dovrà essere inserito nella lista destinata alla mensa 
dell’Azienda Ospedaliera Sant’Andrea, come indicato nella “Scheda Studente”.

ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURE FOR 
THE CANTEEN OF AZIENDA OSPEDALIERA 
SANT’ANDREA 
 
There is an administrative procedure that all the Erasmus incoming students to our Faculty 
should complete in order to be included in the list of the students who attend the canteen at 
Azienda Ospedaliera Sant'Andrea. 
1. First of all you need to get the "Codice Fiscale", an alphanumeric code of 16 
characters that is analog to the Social Security Number in USA, the National 
Insurance number in UK, the INSEE code in France, etc.; its primary purpose is to 
identify in a unambiguous way for fiscal purposes all the people who are residents in 
Italy. For an Erasmus student the Codice Fiscale is necessary to attend the canteens 
of Sapienza University of Rome and to open any bank account if you wish
In order to get a Codice Fiscale you need to fill in a form at our Erasmus Office, 
showing us your Identity Card/Passport,
 
2. 
Secondly you should go to the following office “Ufficio Anagrafe Utenti di 
Laziodisu”. At this office you should show your “Codice Fiscale” together with the 
“Scheda Studente” form, the same form our Faculty’s Erasmus Office gave you at 
your arrival
. You should specify to the person at the office “Ufficio Anagrafe Utenti 
di Laziodisu” that you do need to be inserted in the list for the canteen of Azienda 
Ospedaliera 
Sant’Andrea, as indicated in the “Scheda Studente” form.
