We went to 285-school which is located in Sirg’ali district. This school opened the door of new opportunities for us. We learned what we didn't know from here. We learned a lot of useful knowledge in this past practice session. Useful methods were taught by teachers every day. We attended not only the foreign language class, but also other classes and learned the necessary methods from the teachers. We analyzed them. We also taught instead of our teacher. We learned to work with a lesson plan. From the third week each of us conducted micro-teaching lessons and we created our own plan and handouts. While teaching little children we felt how hard it is to be a teacher. Because there were various kinds of pupils some of them were active, some of them were passive. With the help of our head teacher we improved how to handle this tricky moment. During our internship, we studied the documents related to the management of the educational institution and the organization of the educational process. That is, state educational standards, curriculum, calendar-thematic plans for subjects were taught and introduced. Before to the practice, we sat next to the students and sensed the primary issues they were experiencing. We tried to correct the teachers' errors and deficiencies during the lesson after fully understanding them. We realized that complete knowledge might be attained through students' understanding of their teachers and teachers' understanding of their students.
