Introduction and development of football game in Uzbekistan. Development of football in Uzbekistan Modern football
appeared in Uzbekistan at the beginning of the last century
and quickly became a popular game. The places of its
development were Fergana, Tashkent, Andijan, Kokan and Samarkand. They played football for the first time
in the city of Ferghana. In the same place, at the end of 1911,
the first football team was formed. In August 1912 , the number of football teams formed in Ferghana
allowed to merge into "Football Team". After some time
, they started playing football in Tashkent. The most famous team among football fans from Tashkent
is TOJIC - " Tashkentskoe hostel I love it
sporta " (TSIJ - Society of Tashkent sports fans). This society was established in 1912 , and in a very short period of time,
it served a lot for the development of football and other sports .
In the second half of 1912,
the game of football began to spread in Uzbekistan. Kokan, Andijan and
Interest in Samarkand also began to increase. The most interesting stage of these years
was definitely the meeting of Ferghana, Tashkent, Andijan, Samarkand players .
The first players who visited Tashkent
were members of the Samarkand Footballers' Club (SFT). On August 29, 1913, they
had a meeting with TOLS players. The well-prepared Tashkent team
won with a score of 5:0. In June 1913, "Andijan Football Club"
was approved in Andijan. And, finally, on May 25, 1914, the central meeting of the two strongest teams of Uzbekistan
took place in Tashkent. Tashkent and
Fergana players scored. The people of Tashkent won the game with a score of 3:2 . Summing up
the initial period of football development in Uzbekistan
, it is worth mentioning that,
despite the lack of football fields and training sessions, in a short time Fergana, Tashkent,
Kokan, Andijan and Samarkand Talented players who made a great contribution to the development of Uzbek football
appeared. It should be mentioned here that, despite the successful spread of football
not only
in Farana, Tashkent and Samarkand, but also in other cities of Uzbekistan , its development
was slow. There was no team training system,
the training was very simple and was held from time to time. No football league was organized in any city , so even
in Tashkent, where there were more than ten teams, no official competition
was held
. Since 1920, football has penetrated into remote villages and neighborhoods of our republic
and has become a popular game. Young people, students, workers and
peasants began to play football. The year 1921 is significant as the first meeting of football players from Moscow and Tashkent
was held. In 1925, the country's Council of Physical Education
created a schedule of mass physical events 6. The organization of football in Uzbekistan has acquired a more organized system. Thus, the Tashkent Championship was held in 3 categories and 28 teams took part in it .
In 1927, the 1st All-Uzbek Spartakiad, which was an important stage in the training of Uzbek athletes, was held. In the Spartakiad final, the teams of Tashkent
and Ferghana, who have been constant rivals, met. Members of the national team of Uzbekistan performed in both teams.
