Theme: Techniques of safety and the requirements of
sanitary – hygiene.
The aim of the lesson:

  1. educational: to give knowledge about techniques of safety and requirements of sanitary – hygiene, to teach how to use computers and programs independently;

  2. educative: to develop national traditions and humanity skills in pupils` heart;

  3. develepingi: to upgrade pupils` critical thinking self-study skills;

Competency: Communicative-SC1, use of technology for learning-SC6
The type of the lesson: giring new information.
The tnedhod of the lesson: integrated, colloborative.
The procedure of the lesson: computer, overhead projecter and IQBoard.
I. Organizational part: 1) Greeting; 2) checking ppls` presense.
II. Explaining new theme.
Like other electrical techniques computer works with the help of electricity. Electricity raquires working carefully. If someone use class computer – desktop incorrectly, there may occur fire and, as a result. It may damage people`s health.
Thus, in order to awoid such bad condition you should follow technical safety and sanitary-hygiene rules.
The safety techniques rules prohibitions:

  1. to run computer without permission;

  2. to tuch electricity sources and wires;

  3. to try doing settings in computer without permission;

  4. to tuch the screen clean working desktop;

  5. to leave computer without control for a while;

  6. to use other heating equipments in front of computer;

  7. to use keyboard and mouse with wet hands;

  8. to switch off the computer before finishing operations.


Keep in mind, if you don`t follow rules while using computer, this may affect on person`s health badly, especially on eyes, brain system, vertebra and etc.
In order to prevent from illnesses follow these rules:

  1. sit 20 sm distance from desktop table;

  2. keep your eyes at the distance of 50-60 sm from the screen, take a rest ever 20-30 minutes;

  3. keep your bady straight in front of the computer.






III. Consolidation of the theme.

  2. What kind of rules do you know?

  3. Doing ex-es 1-2 from the textbook.

Esda tuting, kompyuterda ishlash davomida kerakli talablarga rioya etmaslik inson salomatligiga katta zarar yetkazishi mumkin. Ayniqsa, ko‘z, qon aylanish tizimi, bosh miya faoliyati, umurtqa pog‘onasi zaifl ashuvi va turli kasalliklarning kelib chiqishiga sababchi bo‘ladi.
Bularning oldini olish hamda kompyuterda ishlash davomida salomat-ligingizga zarar yetmasligi uchun quyidagi talablarga rioya qilishingiz va ularni esdan chiqarmasligingiz kerak:
1) kompyuter stolidan 20 sm uzoqlikda o‘tiring;

2) ko‘zingiz kompyuter ekranidan 50–60 sm uzoqlikda bo‘lsin, har 20–30 daqiqadan so‘ng ko‘zga dam berib turish va kompyuterda ishlash kuniga 180 daqiqadan oshmasligi zarur;


3) yelka va qo‘l tirsagi orasidagi burchak 90–120° ni tashkil qilsin;
4) kompyuter oldida o‘tirganingizda gavdangizni tik tuting;
5) oyoq kaftingiz polga to‘laligicha tegib tursin;
6) qo‘l kaftingizni va barmoqlaringizni erkin tuting;
7) qo‘lingizni tanangizga yaqin masofada ushlang;
8) tizza osti burchagi 90° ni tashkil qilsin.


III. Yangi mavzuni mustahkamlash va mashqlar bajarish
1. Xavfsizlik texnikasi qoidalarini bilish nima uchun zarur?
2. Elektr toki bilan bog‘liq qanday qoidalarni bilasiz?
3. Kompyuter xonasidagi jihozlar uzoq vaqt xizmat qilishi uchun qanday
qoidalarga rioya qilish zarur?
4. Sanitariya-gigiyena talablariga rioya etmaslik nimalarga olib keladi?
5. Darslikdagi mavzuga oid 1-2-mashqlarni bajarish.


IV. Dars yakuni.

    1. Uyga vazifa: darslikdagi mavzuga oid 3-5-mashqlar

    2. Baholash.
