Let’s learn about Savanna
I think you all know Savanna. Especially in Africa we can see many savannas. But why plants grow and animals live there?

I think you all watched “Lion King” and in this cartoon animals lived in the Savanna. Savanna is a wonderful place for grow plants, trees and animals to live. Savanna covers 20 percent of the world. Savanna takes half of the African continent. Lions, hyenas, zebras and other animals live in the African savanna. Savanna also exists in Australia. The famous kangaroos live in the Australian savannas. The savanna alternates between dry winters and wet summers. Savanna can be dry in winter, but in summer it rains. It helps animals to live and plants to grow.

I was reading a geography book and there is a topic about savanna. First, It seemed not interesting , but later its beautiful pictures and interesting information piqued my interest. Then I researched to find out more information about savanna. That is why I am writing about the savanna.
