My first day at college
Hello everyone! My name is Rufat. I`m a student of 744 group.. Today Am gonna share u my experiences of my first day at college.
so My first day at college had a great meaning to me. It was the beginning of my dream to go to college and to pursue a higher education.I had so many emotions running trough me , it was the first time being in this level and the first time paying for education myself. I always wanted to be a college student, a serious student who would decide what to be in his life. The first day at JSPI was on October 12th, 2020. The first year of my freshman year and Fall semester. That day I had so many things on my mind, from what I was going to wear to figure out where the class number and the floor it would be located at. It was actually a day full of new experiences. I had just turned 19 years old.
I never took a class like this before, and it was a totally different system than a traditional class that I used to attend. I considered that it would help me later in the future with other classes. Thus, I loved the idea of taking an English class in this kind of environment, moreover, I was proud to be part of it. In addition I could enter an electronic group-forum from home, so we were able to share ideas and opinions without being in the classroom. Also, I found very handy to be able to send my homework electronically to my teacher. At last when the class was over I understood that I put big step on my life.
Hello everyone! My name is Rufat. Today I`m gonna have an interview with JSPI`s student Farangiz.
So, Farangiz can you tell me why do u want to study at this institute?
Well, It`s a good question. The first thing I should meantion is that my hometown is big and very place to live. There are modern faculities in my hometown and a lot of attractive places but there`s two high school I could start by saying that they are very comfortable and have modern faculities. Also I suppose should say that both of them have repaired recently. They are near to my home and another point I could add is that my family members had graduated it and also my uncle has been working there for many years.
So, it become a tradition for you to study there. And let me ask you why you have choosen this course?
I`ve always loved English because I`m fond of this language for many years. When I was a child I always dreamed to learn and speak very well also communicate others with this language. As well as that I could say that English is an international language and it is used many countries. The last thing I shoudn`t forget to meantion is that English gives me a lot of qualities. For example with knowing it you know news and international histories and places very well, also communicate alien people.
That`s right. Well, Farangiz where do you see yourself in five years?
I'm on a 4 year study plan, so I will graduate in 4 years. Next year I will begin my intership at school or educational centers. I really look forward to that hands on experience. After that my Bachelor's I plan to go onto my Master's, perhaps even my PhD
Yes, I think you`ll figure that out. So my last question is what or whom are you motivated by?
I'm going to talk about my english teacher, who is a natural at languages and always has a lot of intresting ideas when it comes to language learning and teaching. He is a fellow teacher at my workplaces. I feel that he has a special empathy for language learners. He always creates a fun atmosphere. For example at the start of each class, he would have all the students stand up and play some warm up games. In the future I`m gonna learn from him how to make english learning fun.
OK. So That was it for today. I wish you good luck today and forever. I hope you`ll catch all your of dreams and beat all of your aims!
