Warm-Ups and

-Running 2-10 laps round the court
-Stretch together with coach
-Players devided into two teams (3x3, or 5x5) and only play by dig, second down ball, two teams players stay at serving line (two sides) and one team start game by dig after second team player need to returns the ball then next player need to come (pay attention every player need to touch only one time)
- Both of teams players stayed all position and one team should start with ball after start players who with ball pass each other their teammates. Coach will count every pass until 20. Second team have to take the ball. If second team take the ball they will start again new passing.
- Two teams players need to stay opposite a line and one team named “DAY” second team “NIGHT”. Coach controlled every team and after saying name of team that team should catch opponent team members until cross the border. If they able to catch their opponent and this opponent will join that team. The game continue till ended team members.
- Every children disperse whole the court and one of the children must catch red or yellow sign. The game start with coach say number and if coach say 3 the children have to stay together like number which the coach said. Wolf need to catch only alone rabbit.

Hitting and defense progressions.
|
Have your lineup on one side of the net (defense side)
- Remaining players will fill in and hit from their position on the “hitting lines” side (use a setter if you have one, coach tossing is ok too)
- Play until the defense side sends back 3 “pass-set-hits” or 5 minutes, whichever comes first
- Switch front row and back row, which should bring in most players from the hitting lines side

Example: Queen of the Court
- 3 vs 3 game
- One side (the queen’s side) always gets the first ball thrown to them by the coach
- The three on the other side are battling to beat the team on the queen side
- If they win, they run under the net and replace the“queens”
- If they lose, three new players step on and challenge the queens
- Repeat until practice ends

Practice Wrap Up
|
Players stretch while coach reviews high points from practice
- Give important information about next practice or match/tournament if necessary
- Dismiss players on time… families are busy and will appreciate it!
