We try to keep people happy and this is an increasingly tough trick. With unemployment at record lows, companies are trying just about anything to retrain employees and in order not to lose our employees, we must do the same. Perks and benefits can be effective, but they have to be custom fit to the company and the business sector. I suggest you any ways of improve perks:

Firstly, start by making them feel they’re part of a special place with unique culture at work: “We want to hire people that are totally aligned with our values”. Give them aim and anthem to raise their working capacity.

The second, raise their salary to 5% and it make them work harder and more effectively, and with the helping of it we can improve our company’s rate and do well in market competence.

The third, better benefits and help with personal problems such as child care and financial planning. Create new places for children of employees that can’t look after. It will allow you to keep time and do more goods.

And also we can help them with solving their home problems. We can give them money for credits for a couple of time, and then they give it back. They will be happy and it increases the effectiveness of company.
