There are different opinions about getting a job. While some argue that having a diploma is the best way for them to find a work, while others find that access to employment through good practical knowledge is the best way to start working. From my perspective, we should find the happy middle.

To commence with the view of the former group, there are two reasons behind their position. First is that, getting education at the university allows them to study professional information in detail. That is, before getting a job, they will have all the theoretical knowledge related to this profession. Aside from this, every job seeker aims to get a quick and easy promotion and a good monthly salary through a diploma. If an employee has a bachelor's or master's degree, they can easily move up to a management position, just like a boss, and have all the knowledge needed to move up to that level.

Turning to the latter group's point of view, they also have their own grounds to justify the position they hold. First of all, it is impossible to learn some professions theoretically. Because they contain secrets passed down from generation to generation. These can only be learned through the tradition of master and disciple. Some bosses consider it better to hire qualified professionals than to hire a new employee. Because it allows them to increase their work efficiency and provide quality work.

As for my opinion, I feel that no matter what kind of job it is, it is better to get a job and study it from the time of student. Because even after completing their studies, they will have the opportunity to work as qualified specialists.
