There are different opinions about a getting good job with university diploma or having a practice without high education. While some argue that with university degree you can find reliable work easily, others claim that practice is the most effective way to obtain a vocation. From my perspective, university diploma plays a big role rather than practice when you are searching a work .

To commence with the view of the former group, there are two reasons behind their position. First is that majority employers searching graduated workers. For the reason that they have a wide outlook and theory how to work in this sphere. In addition to this, people with high educational degree are more sociable and know a way how to communicate with people. Because they were taught by university teachers how to behave yourself in any situations. Definitely, other arguments exist too, but the ones mentioned, I believe, to stand out.

Turning to the latter group`s point of view, they also have their own grounds to justify the position they hold. First of all, if you want to rule your own business you do not need a diploma. One of the reasons of that you are your own boss and nobody asks you about your university degree. Aside from this, some people have a talent and knowledge, but do not have an opportunity to study. Every work demands a finance and university also is not exception. The availability of other arguments id undeniable, but mentioning them is not worthy.

As for my opinion, I feel that university degree is the pledge of the bright future. Variety of doors are open for people with diploma because of their intelegence and professional skill.

In conclusion, although the opinions of people regarding getting a job with university degree or doing a practice without diploma is vary, I am convinced that high education has more requisition.
