Some people think that you can never become fluent in a language unless you have spent time living or working in that country. Do you agree or disagree?
It is often thought that one can never speak fluently until s/he has enough living experience in that country. I completely disagree with this opinion and I think that you can speak perfectly even if you have not been in that country.
First of all, you can have massive materials and environment that can give you the experience of living in foreign country. We are living in twenty first century where people can find any information. You can find any countries` tutors who makes video courses or speak directly with you with some kind of applications. For instance, you can easily find free online courses and films in youtube, or you can make friends from another countries using chats and can speak with them directly with zoom, teams, etc. Even you can find a job in another country and work online. This can create you an atmosphere of other country.
Secondly, you can achieve anything with working hard on that including to become a fluent foreign language speaker. Humans brain has an ability to memorize and this is the key to victory. If you find enough determination to study, learning and memorizing will become a lot easier. For example, some people speak more than twenty languages and I don`t think they have been able to do that with experience. Many of them achieved this with learning hard, as a result their memorizing skill improved. Through this way, you can become fluent speaker in foreign languages.
To conclude, I strongly believe you can speak in any foreign language fluently with the help of modern technoligies and hard working.
