At the beginning of the year, the price of gold was exactly 200. Afterwards, this trend witnessed a significant increase, until it reached a peak of 350 in March. In the following 4 months, the price of gold unexpectedly plunged by around 240 and reached its lowest price.
At the end of the summer, figures for gold experienced a climb to 200 before dropping to their previous position. After having increased by a mere 50, the trend leveled off until the end of the year.
