The line graph gives information about how much carbon dioxide was emitted by per person in a four particular country over a four decade from 1967 to 2007.
Overall, the United Kingdom had the highest total of carbon dioxide discharge although it decreased while Portugal and Italy had saw a increase number of carbon dioxide emission.
Turning to the details, in 1967 UK’s carbon dioxide emission started at 11 tones but then it began to declining with stable level throughout years with final amount of 9 tones in 2007 but it was still highest mass among these other 4 countries. However ,Sweden was fluctuating between 1967 and 1977 before it finally decreased to 5 tones in 2007.
If we look at the graph, the incline of Portugal was high, approximately 4 metric tones until it reached the same number as Sweden in 2007. In 1967 , Italy started at just over 4 tones but then this figure grew at different rate at different times and reached at just under 8 tones in 2007.
