The construction, repair, modernization of fixed assets for all production and non-production sectors involved separate sector of the economy - capital construction.

  • Barcha ishlab chiqarish va noishlab chiqarish sohalaridagi asosiy fondlarni yaratish, ularni ta’mirlash va modernizatsiya qilish bilan iqtisodiyotning alohida tarmog`i – kapital qurilish shug`ullanadi.

Capital construction – financial, labor and material costs needed to build buildings.

  • Kapital qurilish - binolarni qurish uchun zarur bo'lgan moliyaviy, mehnat va moddiy xarajatlar.

Capital construction is:creation of fixed assets;expansion, renovation of existing buildings;their modernization and restoration; completed design work.

  • Kapital qurilish:
  • asosiy vositalarni yaratish;
  • mavjud binolarni kengaytirish, yangilash;
  • ularni modernizatsiya qilish va tiklash;
  • tugallangan dizayn ishlari.

The final product of capital construction is: Buildings; Buildings; There are special places.

Kapital qurilishning yakuniy mahsuloti bo`lib:

  • Binolar;

  • Maxsus joylar hisoblanadi.

  • Kapital qurilishni uch bosqichga bo`lish mumkin:Dastlabki bosqich – xujjatlarni yig`ish, qurilish qiymatini hisob kitob qilish, pudrat korxonasini tanlash, zarur hollarda tenderlarni tashkil etish, shartnomalar tuzish, qurilish muddatini aniqlash kabilar bilan xususiyatlanadi;Qurilish bosqichi – qurilishni moliyalashtirishning boshlanishi, qurilish uchun maydonning tayyorlanishi, fundament qurish, oyektni qurish va h.k. ishlar bilan xarakterlanadi;Amalga oshirish bosqichi – qurilish obyektini ishga tushirish, qurilish sifatini tekshirish, tozalash ishlari olib boriladi.

  • Kapital qurilishni tashkil etishning asosiy usullari bo`lib xo`jalik usuli va pudrat usuli hisoblanadi.Qurilishda xo`jalik usuli – deganda korxonaning o`zida alohida qurilish montaj ishlarini bajaruvchi doimiy shtat birligi va texnikasiga ega bo`lgan kapital qurilish bo`limini tashkil etish tushuniladi.Pudrat usuli – bu pudrat shartnomalari asosida maxsus qurilish tashkilotlarini vaqtinchalik jalb qilish orqali korxonada qurilish ishlarini bajarish tushuniladi.

Konkurs savdolarining asosiy qatnashchilari bo`lib:

  • Investor;
  • Buyurtmachi;
  • Konkurs savdolarini tashkil etuvchi;
  • Konkurs komissiyasi;
  • oferent hisoblanadi.

Competitive bidding is divided into: Open - the number of suppliers is not limited; Closed - the number of suppliers is limited.

Tanlov savdolari quyidagilarga bo'linadi.

  • Ochiq - etkazib beruvchilar soni cheklanmagan;
  • Yopiq - etkazib beruvchilar soni cheklangan.

Oferent - a construction company participating in the tender to win.

  • Oferent – tenderda g`olib chiqish maqsadida qatnashuvchi qurilish tashkiloti.

Offer – bid of the applicant in respect of the subject of tenders submitted under the conditions specified in the tender documentation.

  • Taklif - buyurtmachining tender hujjatlarida belgilangan shartlarda taqdim etilgan kim oshdi savdosi predmetiga nisbatan buyurtmanomasi.
