front of police and Soviet
troops where 26 Armenians
and 6 Azerbaijani were
killed.
• Sumgait and Baku events were
actually planned
by Russian Intelligent agencies as later USSR KGB
Chairman Vladimir Kryuchkov admitted.
• The KGB obviously organised acts of provocation
within local conflicts across the
Soviet Union to
weaken the Gorbachev Administration.
