    1. Delivery speed

Consumers’ shopping habits have changed fast since recent years and a high percentage of consumers now shop online. Ecommerce for physical goods and services achieves a momentous demand for dedicated delivery services. E-retailers consider that delivery services are one of the basic factors that find out a consumer's decision to shop with them (Wolfinbarger et al., 2003) and they have enhanced a wide range of services which offer flexible hours, reduced prices and fast deliveries. In online shopping reliable, safe and timely delivery is basic and integral objective of online buyers. In online environment timely and reliable delivery play essential role to achieve customer’s expectations and make them satisfied. Reliable delivery is means objective while timely delivery is fundamental objective of online retailers in the e-commerce (Keeney, 1999). Particularly it has been considered three aspects critical for delivery performance of the firms and it encompasses that suppliers of product should be able to meet delivery schedule timely delivery, adjust and accommodate certain changes in delivery schedule flexibility and consistently deliver right products accurate in the hand of customers (Cater et al, 2009). In one word, delivery plays a fundamental role in enhancing e-commerce.
