Internal working regulations:
Companies employing more than 20 people have to issue internal working regulations (pl:
regulamin pracy). The content of this document should be:
internal rules,
working time
regulations, health and safety rules, responsibility and penalties.
Internal remuneration regulations:
Companies employing more than people have to issue internal remuneration regulations (pl:
regulamin wynagradzania). This document should contain the
framework of remuneration
system in the company: salary components, payment frequency etc.
Contract of employment:
Contract of employment (pl: umowa o pracę) has to be written and signed on the first day of
working at latest. This document should describe working
conditions specific for the
employee, for example: type of work (position name),
place of work, salary, working time
and dates (starting, end of contract etc.).
