Tightly weaving: Final weaves are done tightly to make it into proper shape
Mustahkam to'qimachilik: oxirgi burmalarni to'g'ri shaklga aylantirish uchun mahkamlanadi.


Finishing of rim: The weaving of rim is done at the last
RIMni tugatish: Jant to'qimasi oxirgi marta amalga oshiriladi

Dyeing: the basket is dipped in a dye
Bo'yash: savat bo'yoqqa botiriladi

Drying and polishing: After the basket dries, it is polished using a cloth
Quritish va abraziv: Savat quriganidan so'ng, u mato yordamida parlatiladi


Lacquer finishing: Natural lacquer is used to finish the basket.Occasionally, it might be finished using shuai-urushi, a mix of concentrated lacquer and color.

The present and future scope

The bamboo and cane crafts have been the backbone of the rural economy of India and the government has taken their promotion into consideration. Not just the admiration for these products from India is common, but also international markets need to be explored more and the government is definitely looking forward to it. Chiefly, it’s a low investment industry and many local families’ source of bread and butter. The local and state governments are devising methods to register the craftsmen and develop trade more. A better diversification of the products based on the market demand and customer preferences would definitely boost the industry and the traditional craft. Efforts are made in this direction by many organizations and it’s definitely going to aid the growth.
On the other hand, many entrepreneurs have seen bamboo craft as an opportunity to manufacture general goods on a large scale. Examples of such products include Barbecue sticks, fruit forks,back scratchers, ear scrapers, rice spoons, plant support sticks, tooth picks, seat cushions, ice-cream spoons etc. The industry thus, has a bright future for sure.
