2.2. The Contractor shall be entitled to: 
2.2.1. Hold ongoing monitoring of the Student's commitment; 
2.2.2. Amend the approved schedule of classes without 
reducing the quantity and quality of educational services 
provided; 
2.2.3. Apply incentives and disciplinary measures to the 
Students based on the decisions of the Disciplinary Committee 
of the Contractor and subject to the legislation of the RUz, the 
Charter of the Contractor, the by-laws of the Contractor, this 
Contract and other regulations;
2.2.4. Terminate this Contract unilaterally in cases stipulated 
in Clause 4; 
2.2.5. Restrict the Student's access to resources and classes of 
the Contractor in cases as follows: 
a) the Student violates the rules of pass control, fire safety, 
proper dress code when attending the CIU, as well as for being 
late for classes, as stated in by-laws of the Contractor and in 
the Student Guidebook in force; 
b) Violation of Clause 2.3.5 hereof; 
2.2.6. The Student is not eligible to take exams in cases as 
follows: 
a) Violation of the payment terms of the schedule of study 
under 
Clause 
3.3 
of 
this 
Contract;
b) Failure to make timely payment for retakes and/or payment 
for other additional services in accordance with the terms 
hereof; 
c) Missing classes required for attendance at CIU by more than 
20% of the total number of academic hours in each course 
according to established CIU standards; 
d) At online classes, the Student should turn on the camera and 
microphone at the instructor's request. 
2.2.7. Require the Payer to pay the Contract amount or not to 
return the paid Contract amount for the actual term of the 
services according to Clause 1.1: 1) in the event specified in 
Clause 4.1.1; 2) in case of violation of the payment schedule 
in accordance with Clause 3.3;
2.2.8. Dismiss the Student by decision of the Disciplinary 
Committee in the following cases:
a) for committing a crime determined by a court decision that 
has become enforceable, as well as for committing other 
unlawful acts 
b) Failure to comply with the rules of academic discipline and 
academic progress required from the Student by the 
Contractor; 
c) Getting an Unclassified for any subject (unsatisfactory 
grade) during and/or at the end of the academic year; 
d) The use of alcohol, drugs and other psychotropic agents, 
smoking and gambling on the territory of the educational 
institution of the Contractor; 
e) Violations of the public order rules, both on the territory and 
outside the facility of the Contractor; 
f) Willful damage or destruction of the Contractor's property; 
g) Insulting comments and/or dissemination of knowingly 
false information by Students regarding the activities of the 
Contractor, as well as disrespectful attitude to the faculty and 
administrative staff of the Contractor, including in social 
networks; 
2.1.4. “Ijrochi” tomonidan amaldagi baholash siyosatiga 
(Assessment policy) muvofiq “Talaba” bilimini baholash 
jarayonini ta’minlash; 
2.1.5.Tomonlarning qo‘shimcha kelishuvi bo‘yicha boshqa 
shartlar va majburiyatlarni bajarish;
