2.3. The Student undertakes to: 
2.3.1. In case of insolvency, notify the Contractor in writing: 
a) Within Ten (10) banking days of the Contract issue 
according to Clause 3.3. hereof; 
2.3.2. Submit a copy of the passport and the original document 
prior to the issue of the Order of admission (the "Order of 
admission") by the Rector of the Contractor.
2.3.3. Study in accordance with the standards for students of 
higher educational institutions as required by the legislation of 
the RUz and in accordance with the requirements of the 
Contractor; 
2.3.4. Comply with the requirements and other by-laws of the 
Contractor (Student guidebook), protocols, orders, etc., as well 
as the terms of this Contract; 
2.3.5. Carefully handle the property of the Contractor; 
2.3.6. Comply with the pass control, fire safety regime, 
including the requirements of the Contractor to restrict visits 
to the territory in inappropriate dress uniform; 
2.3.7. Notify the Contractor through the student's personal e-
mail to the Department provided by the Contractor, of changes 
in their passport data, address and contact phone number 
within five (5) days of the change; 
2.3.8. Stay within the RUz during the study period and avoid 
leaving the country without a written agreement with the 
Contractor's administration;
2.3.9. Fulfill other conditions and obligations stipulated by this 
Contract, by-laws of the Contractor (protocols, orders and 
other rules). 
2.3.10. Get the Pass (exams passed, level of knowledge 
verified) for all subjects; 
 
 
 
2.4. The Student shall be entitled to:
2.4.1. Obtain knowledge meeting the requirements of state 
regulations of the RUz and program standards, as well as the 
requirements of the Contractor; 
2.4.2. Participate in the discussion of the Contractor’s issues, 
express free and transparent opinion, not humiliating the 
dignity of other participants in the study environment; 
2.4.3. Get the aid from instructors and staff of the Contractor 
in case of various difficulties in studying the disciplines; 
2.4.4. Get the academic leave of absence of up to One (1) year 
with the written permission of the Contractor in cases as 
follows: 
tarkibiga va ma’muriy xodimlariga nisbatan, shu jumladan 
ijtimoiy tarmoqlarda hurmatsizlik bilan munosabatda bo‘lish; 
i) “Ijrochi” tashkiloti hududida ham, undan tashqarida ham 
mushtlashuvlarda ishtirok etish; 
j) “Ijrochi” logotiplaridan istalgan maqsadda foydalanish 
(ma’muriyatning yozma ruxsatisiz), (futbolkalar, kepkalar va h.k. 
ishlab chiqarish); 
k) “Ijrochi” ma’muriyatining “Ijrochi” ichki qoidalariga rioya 
qilish talablaridan takroran bo‘yin tovlash; 
l) “Ijrochi” rahbariyatining yozma ogohlantirishisiz o‘quv davri 
davomida chet elga chiqish; 
m) ushbu shartnoma shartlariga rioya qilmaslik; 
o) O‘zRning amaldagi qonun hujjatlarida nazarda tutilgan boshqa 
normalarning buzilishi. 
2.2.9. Talabalar va to‘lovchilarning ruxsatisiz “offline” va 
“online” darslarni o‘tkazish.
