2.5. Rights and obligations of the Payer: 
2.5.1. Make payment for training in the order specified in the 
current legislation of the RUz, as well as in terms and amounts 
in accordance with this Contract; 
2.5.2. Pay for additional services specified in Clause 7.1. 
according to the Contractor's tariffs in case of poor progress in 
the course of training; 
2.5.3. In case of additional services not provided in Clause 7.1. 
hereof and/or violation of the rules of use of the training 
resource center of the Contractor by the Student, to pay fines 
as per the tariffs of the Contractor. 
2.5.4. The legal obligations between the Student and the Payer 
are regulated by separate mutual agreements between the two 
parties, for the fulfillment of which the Contractor bears no 
responsibility.
3. SETTLEMENT PROCEDURE 
3.1. Payment is made in the national currency of the RUz. The 
cost of study for the 2022/2023 academic year is as below:

3.2. The Contractor reserves the right to change the price for 
services unilaterally. If so, a Supplementary agreement shall 
be signed by the Parties. 
3.3 The tuition fee is paid in compliance with the following 
payment schedule: 
a) The fee for booking a place to study, as well as the 
processing of documents within Ten (10) working days of 
receipt of the Contract - not less than One Million (1,000,000) 
UZS;
b) up to September 16, 2022 - in an amount not less than Eight
