(National) on a fee basis for the 2022-2023 academic year
was made in Tashkent in July 18, 2022 by and between
the
CAMBRIDGE
INTERNATIONAL
UNIVERSITY (CIU) legally represented by its
Vice-rector,
D.Z. Sharifov, acting under the Charter, hereinafter referred
to as the
"Contractor",
Boburjon Nurmatov,
a citizen,
hereinafter referred to as the "
Student", on the other part, and
________________________________________, hereinafter
referred to as the
“Payer",
on the third part, collectively
referred to as the "Parties" on the following:
BASIC TERMS:
Study program is a list of academic disciplines categorized
into modules to ensure the adequate level of training required
for the
Bachelor of Arts (Honours) in Business
Management (National). T
he main purpose of the program is
to teach students in English language within specific
disciplines for the student's future major at university.
An
academic year is a period of educational activity for the
completion of one year of study at CIU. The term is indicated
in calendar years, 2022-2023;
Academic semester: An academic semester is the half of the
academic year at CIU, intended to cover a specific set of
inter-related disciplines and ends with a final inspection.
Pass: The assignments given by the instructor for the
entire period of study at CIU are passed, and the required
knowledge level is confirmed;
Unclassified: The assignments given by the instructor for
