required knowledge level is not confirmed;
Offer letter: A formal letter of offer to study at CIU from the
Contractor to the Student.
1. SUBJECT OF THE CONTRACT
1.1
The Contractor undertakes to provide educational
services to train competent specialists (the "Training") as
required by the Contractor under the Bachelor of Arts
(Honours) in Business Management (National) program, for
the period of 2022/2023 academic year, and the Payer
undertakes to pay for the training of the Student hereunder.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. The Contractor undertakes to:
2.1.1. Provide educational services and create the required
environment for the Student and ensure the educational
process according to the curriculum that meets the
requirements of the state standards of the Republic of
Uzbekistan (the "RUz"), by program, as well as the quality
requirements of academic papers of the Contractor;
2.1.2. Provide the study process with the teaching staff,
involving local specialists;
2.1.3. Ensure the study process from Monday to Saturday, 9:00
to 18:00;
2.1.4. Ensure the process of assessing the Student's knowledge
under the current Assessment policy of the Contractor;
