Abstract: This article describes the importance of perfect foreign language 
learning, effective methods used in teaching foreign languages to schoolchildren

In today's world, learning foreign languages opens up a wide range of 
possibilities. Therefore, the interest of young people in learning foreign languages 
is growing day by day. This requires teachers to use high-level and innovative, 
effective methods. Listening, Reading, Speaking and Writing are essential for the 
perfect learning of foreign languages. ) skills should be developed. This is because 
in the process of applying a foreign language in practice, it is necessary to listen to 
the communicating party, read and understand the information provided and 
respond orally or in writing. There are a number of test exams that allow you to 
test these skills at the international level and have a document confirming the level 
of language proficiency. In particular, IELTS (International English Language Test 
System), TOEFL (Test of English as a Foreign Language), CEFR (The Common
