I. Bosh harakat — frezaning aylanma harakati 3 xil tezlikli elektr dvigateli M, dan boshlanib freza shpindeliga 11 xil chastotali (n{ =40... 405 min1) aylanishni uzatadi. Bosh harakat kinematik zanjiri tenglamasi quyidagicha yoziladi:

(a va b-almashinuvchi g‘ildiraklar tishlari soni).
Frezaning aylanish chastotasi quyidagi formuladan aniqlanadi:

II. Frezaning vertikal surish harakati sv-freza supportining zago- tovkaning bir to‘la aylanishiga to‘g‘ri keladigan vertikal yo'nalish

bo'yicha siljishi, mm/ayl. Bu zanjiming oxirgi elementlari zagotovka va qadami /=10 mm li vertikal surishning yurgizish vintidir. Vertikal surish zanjiri kinematik balansi tenglamasi quyidagicha yoziladi:

III. Bo ‘lish (va obkatka) harakati-zagotovkaning aylanishi freza- ning aylanishi bilan moslashgan harakatdir (ya’ni frezaning bir marta aylanishida zagotovka k/z tishga burilishi kerak, bunda fc-frezaning kir- imlar soni, г-kesilayotgan g‘ildirakdagi tishlar soni). Bo‘lish zanjiri kinematik balansi tenglamasi:

To‘g‘ri tishli g‘ildiraklar kesilayotganida differensialning uzatish nisbati /dif=l, chunki u zanjirdan uzib qo‘yiladi.
B. Tishli g'ildiraklarning tishlari vintsimon bo‘lgan holat uchun stanokni sozlash (14.3-rasm).

Zarur bo‘lgan harakatlar:
I. Frezaning aylanishi, nf,
II. Vertikal surish, sv;
III. Zagotovkaning aylanishi, /zz;
IV. Zagotovkaning qo‘shimcha aylanishi (differensial zanjiri yor-damida).

Differensial zagotovkaning asosiy aylanishi va qo‘shimcha aylanishi- ni—algebraik qo'shishni amalga oshiradi. Differensial zanjirga ulanganda
