Findings 84% respondents agreed that the HRD of CMT Company invest in regular training programs for their workers, including sessions on new manufacturing techniques, quality control processes, workplace safety, and soft skills such as communication and teamwork. These training opportunities are easily accessible to all employees, from factory workers to management, and are often conducted on-site or through online platforms. On the other side, 12% respondents disagreed that due to financial constraints, sometimes in-depth programs on advanced manufacturing techniques or skill development might be lacking. Entry level of employees in the organization may have fewer opportunities for learning and career advancement within the organization. Impact: When entry-level positions have limited opportunities for learning and career advancement within an organization, it can significantly impact employee engagement like employees in entry-level positions may become demotivated when they perceive a lack of growth opportunities.
