O CONSTRUCTION OF A BUILDING OR STRUCTURAL IMPROVEMENT , NO LANDSCAPING OR OTHER SITE IMPROVEMENT , AND NO ALTERATION OR ADDITION TO ANY EXISTING STRUCTURE OR SITE IMPROVEMENT SHALL BE MADE ON ANY PROPERTY UNTIL THE PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS SHOWING THE PROPOSED DESIGN , NATURE

P ERMANENT BASKETBALL GOALS MUST FOLLOW THESE GUIDELINES :
(1) MUST BE LOCATED ADJACENT TO DRIVEWAY MIDWAY BETWEEN SIDEWALK AND GARAGE ,
MUST BE A SINGLE METAL POLE PAINTED BLACK WITH A CLEAR OR LUCITE BACKBOARD ,
(3) MUST HAVE A NET THAT IS IN GOOD CONDITION AND (4) MUST NOT HAVE ANY ADDITIONAL ACCESSORIES ATTACHED TO BASKETBALL GOAL ; SUCH AS BALL RETURN , PADS , ETC

P ERMANENT BASKETBALL GOALS MUST ALSO HAVE WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ADJACENT NEIGHBOR . TEMPORARY B ASKETBALL GOALS ARE ALSO PERMITTED WITH WRITTEN APPROVAL FROM THE ACC.
T EMPORARY BASKETBALL GOALS MUST FOLLOW THE SAME GUIDELINES LISTED ABOVE FOR PERMANENT BASKETBALL GOALS ; HOWEVER , TEMPORARY BASKETBALL GOALS ALSO MUST BE STORED OUT OF SIGHT OF THE STREET OR NEIGHBORING HOMES WHEN NOT IN USE OR BY THE END OF EACH DAY .

S WIMMING P OOLS AND H OT T UBS : A NY SWIMMING POOL TO BE CONSTRUCTED UPON ANY HOMESITE SHALL BE SUBJECT TO REVIEW BY THE ACC.
T HE DESIGN MUST INCORPORATE , AT A MINIMUM , THE
FOLLOWING :
I. T HE COMPOSITION OF THE MATERIAL MUST BE THOROUGHLY TESTED AND ACCEPTED BY THE INDUSTRY FOR SUCH CONSTRUCTION . II. P OOLS AND HOT TUBS SHALL NOT BE VISIBLE FROM THE STREET IN FRONT OF THE DWELLING UNIT .
OOL EQUIPMENT SHALL NOT BE VISIBLE FROM STREET OR NEIGHBORING LOTS . III. H
OMEOWNERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR COMPLIANCE WITH ALL ORDINANCES AND LAWS CONCERNING DISCHARGE OF WATER AND CHEMICALS . IV. A FENCE APPLICATION SHALL BE SUBMITTED AT THE TIME THE POOL APPLICATION IS SUBMITTED .
