Aims Aims To improve the nutritional quality of packed lunches and Promote school meals. Objectives To work with Primary Schools focusing on improving packed lunches. To provide education sessions to each school year to inform and inspire the pupils and parents to create balanced packed lunches. Method Survey of all pupil’s lunches before and after the project (Meal or No Meal) Song to teach the children about the food groups Each pupil set their own target for improvements Tasty teas for parents including school meal tasting Packed lunch leaflets with ideas and recipes Assemblies
Slimming World Breast feeding - 26 mums supported from Jan –April (Dedworth Clinic) weekly 7 clinics in RBWM
Community Dietician Community events - 8 events where healthy eating and weight management information given (incl.BMI checks)
SMILE - prevent trips/slips and falls in older people, improve balance, co-ordination and general well being. Prevent older people becoming isolated by offering activities in the Borough for over 50s 60s 70s & 80s.

- 50 sessions a week offering;
- Beginners Aerobics, Short Tennis, Gym, Chair based exercise, Short Mat Bowls, Circuit based class, Aerobics, Yoga, Ballroom Dancing, Walking and Pilates.
Fit for Life - aimed at 14+ to adults and families. Includes a range of sports/activities to encourage residents to try different activities and find sports/activities they want to continue on a weekly basis.
Fire Fit – - to support 20 vulnerable children and families to embed healthy eating and physical activity practices into daily lives, and improve psychological wellbeing and self-esteem.
School Sports Partnerships - RBWM has 2, Charters School and the second jointly hosted by Windsor Boys' School and Windsor Girls' School.
